These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the duomorisk.com website and any related services, including our email and SMS/text message communications (together, the "Services"), operated by Duomo Risk, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Duomo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, joining our waitlist, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for insurance and business professionals in the United States.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:
- provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including someone else's email address or phone number;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including member areas;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services; or
- copy, scrape, or reproduce content from the Services without our written permission.
3. Email Communications
When you join our waitlist or otherwise provide your email address, you agree that we may send you emails about Duomo, including waitlist updates, access invitations, product news, and other information related to the Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at the address below. We may still send you non-promotional, transactional, or account-related messages where permitted by law.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Duomo Risk, Inc. at that number, which may include waitlist and access updates, account notifications, appointment or meeting reminders, and information about our Services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages to use our Services.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, trademarks, logos, and materials on them — including the Duomo name and dome mark — are owned by or licensed to Duomo Risk, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.
6. No Professional Advice
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell insurance or an offer of employment or partnership.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any message will be delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duomo Risk, Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duomo Risk, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
